One Million United Kingdom Ministers

Are you called to spread Christianity in the United Kingdom? Are you looking for a way to multiply your Christian faith and become a multiplying minister like Philip in the Bible? Have you heard the story of Deacon Philip?

Deacon Philip’s story, chronicled in the Acts of the Apostles, inspired us to raise up at least one million United Kingdom ministers, focusing on at least one family member and one acquaintance.

Philip’s meeting with an Ethiopian eunuch is not just a testament to personal evangelism but also a representation of the ripple effect one person’s faith can have across generations and nations. Philip’s mentorship of his daughters, who were prophets as mentioned in Acts 21:8-9, speaks to how we can mobilise our own families.

The Multiplication Principle: Philip’s Legacy

Philip’s ministry began with individual encounters, such as with the Ethiopian eunuch, who then took the gospel back to his homeland. This was a one-to-one engagement, but Philip’s legacy did not stop there. He had four daughters who prophesied. If each daughter, inspired by their father, reached out to just two others, the expansion of the ministry would begin to multiply exponentially. This becomes the cornerstone of our UK ministry expansion plan: each one, reach two; then teach two to do the same.

The Strategy: Prayer, Empower, Educate, and Expand

Prepare the Ground Through Prayer:

Encourage each UK minister to commit to pray for a Philip inspired mobilisation and a resulting revival.

2 Chronicles 7:14

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Empower through Inspiration:

  • Share Philip’s story extensively as a model for personal outreach.
  • Encourage each minister to see themselves in Philip’s role—as pioneers of faith who can reach out and influence at least two more people.

Educate with Purpose:

  • Develop a curriculum that includes the study of Philip’s life, emphasising the importance of reaching out to others and nurturing them to do the same.
  • Train ministers not only in theology but also in relational evangelism and discipleship to equip them to replicate the process.

Expand through Mentorship:

  • Establish a mentorship program that mirrors the one-on-one interaction Philip had with the Ethiopian, with the added goal of each minister mentoring two others.
  • Create support systems and resources that enable ministers to guide their recruits in continuing the multiplication process.

The support system is there and ready!

Christian Leaders Institute offers hundreds of free, donation-supported ministry training courses and a free ordination path with Christian Leaders Alliance for minister credentials. There are some minimal costs for official and personalised credentials that need to be mailed to ministers. CLI also has a low-cost degree program.

United Kingdom Mission Statement

Mission Statement: Our goal is to offer ministry training opportunities to over one million Christians interested in furthering their ministerial education through the Christian Leaders Institute and Alliance programs. To achieve this, we are engaging with ministers in the UK who will provide mentorship and support, helping these individuals to fully realise their calling.

Initial Framework (Year 1)

  • Launch a UK-Specific Online Platform on WhatsApp and Christian Leaders Network: Customise these platforms helping UK leaders to connect with the mission.
  • Initial Team Training: Begin with an inaugural class of 120 or more ministers, offering them specialised training to prepare them to recruit and mentor family or friends effectively. The training will be informal and formal as year one progresses.

The Strategy: Meetings, Empowerment, Education, and Expansion

  • Prayer and Strategy Meetings: Develop meeting of pray and strategy for multiplication in different parts of UK.
  • Empower through Inspiration:
    • Share Philip’s story extensively as a model for personal outreach.
    • Encourage each minister to see themselves in Philip’s role—as pioneers of faith who can reach out and influence at least two more people.
  • Educate with Purpose:
    • Develop a curriculum that includes the study of Philip’s life, emphasising the importance of reaching out to others and nurturing them to do the same. This will be included in the onboarding course President Reyenga and his wife will make together that will apply to the worldwide desire to multiply ministers.
    • Train ministers not only in theology but also in relational evangelism and discipleship to equip them to replicate the process.
  • Expand through Mentorship:
    • Establish a mentorship program that mirrors the one-on-one interaction Philip had with the Ethiopian, with the added goal of each minister mentoring two others.
    • Create support systems and resources that enable ministers to guide their recruits in continuing the multiplication process. Christian Leaders Institute will make a mentorship course available for the global movement that can be utilised in piloting in the United Kingdom.

Supporting Strategies

  • More Quality Online Education: Continuously update and expand course offerings to maintain engagement and accommodate a growing diversity of students.
  • Community Engagement: Leverage forums, webinars, and online meetups to build a vibrant community of ministers who support and encourage one another.
  • Regular Feedback and Adaptation: Implement a system for regular student and minister feedback to refine recruitment strategies and course offerings.
  • Resource Allocation: Plan for scalable resource allocation to ensure that growth is sustainable, including staff, digital infrastructure, and financial investment.
  • Public Relations: Share success stories through various media to raise public awareness and support for the program.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Develop partnerships with local churches and Christian organisations to integrate CLI training into existing structures.

Beyond Ten Years

As the program approaches the ten-year mark, we will not only have exceeded our goal of one million ministers but will have laid a solid foundation for continual growth. We will reassess our strategies, learning from the past decade to refine and innovate further,

Yearly Growth Projections with a Multiplier of Two:

  • Year 1: 120 ministers each recruit 2 = 240 new ministers, Total: 360
  • Year 2: 360 ministers each recruit 2 = 720 new ministers, Total: 1,080
  • Year 3: 1,080 ministers each recruit 2 = 2,160 new ministers, Total: 3,240
  • Year 4: 3,240 ministers each recruit 2 = 6,480 new ministers, Total: 9,720
  • Year 5: 9,720 ministers each recruit 2 = 19,440 new ministers, Total: 29,160
  • Year 6: 29,160 ministers each recruit 2 = 58,320 new ministers, Total: 87,480
  • Year 7: 87,480 ministers each recruit 2 = 174,960 new ministers, Total: 262,440
  • Year 8: 262,440 ministers each recruit 2 = 524,880 new ministers, Total: 787,320

The growth model anticipates a far-reaching multiplier effect that expands the reach of CLI’s mission, empowering a new generation of Christian leaders across the nation.
