Ordained Officiant Ministry

Ordained Officiant Ministry

My name is Ralph Zavala and I feel called to youth ministry and ordained officiant ministry. I live in San Marcos Texas. I’m a father to two amazing daughters. I’ve been married to my best friend for twenty-two years. I work at the Walmart Distribution center. I’ve been employed there for twenty years as a FID Batcher. Basically, I load the Walmart eighteen wheelers with a variety of merchandise.

My relationship with Jesus began in May of 2003. My family and I started attending a Baptist Church near our town. That same year is when I trusted Jesus as Lord and was baptized. Months later, after serving faithfully there, my wife and I were asked if we would be interested in taking over the youth ministry. We accepted and took over a small group of youth.

In taking this ministry training with Christian Leaders Institute, I plan on officiating weddings in an ordained officiant ministry and working with children’s ministry as God leads me. Having received a ministry training scholarship, this training will help take my faith to the next level. I look forward to learning all that Chrisitan Leaders Institute has to offer in ministry training and growing in my walk with the Lord.

At the moment, I feel that God is opening doors into children’s ministry. I feel that I can now communicate with kids as well as their parents on why we exist as a ministry and how they can be a part of it. Receiving my deacon minister ordination will enable me to lead with more confidence in every area of my life, both in ministry and wherever the Lord may lead me. Pray that as God leads me that He gives me wisdom and discernment to follow faithfully.
