Ordained Ministry Goal

Ordained Ministry Goal

Read Karen’s story about how God has brought her through trials to realize her calling and to set her ordained ministry goal and dream.

Ordained Ministry Goal

My name is Karen Seddon. I live in Moulton, Iowa in the United States of America. Here I see God’s beauty with trees and wildlife every day. My life has been very stressful these last few years. I received a kidney transplant in 2016 and then battled cancer in 2018. God pulled me through both illnesses for a reason. I can say that is why I am typing this ordination story today as I work toward my ordained ministry goal.

I have talked to God many times asking, “What is my purpose here on earth? God, you have saved my life many times, please lead me in the direction of your choosing.”

Thankfully, God led me to the Christian Leaders Institute. The classes at Christian Leaders Institute are tremendous, and I plan on taking more to help me on the journey that God has planned for me. I also enrolled in New Hope Christian Counseling. Now, I am proud to say that as of April 25, 2019, I am certified as a Biblical Counselor. In fact, I actually had my first counseling session with a client today on April 30th.

My ordained ministry goal is to help people who are lost and still in the dark be able to find the light, learn to be content, and bring them closer to God. I would like to personally thank God, Christian Leaders Institute, and Christian Leaders Alliance for making this ordained ministry goal and dream possible through these online classes. You have helped so many to achieve their calling.

And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
(The gospel of Mark 16:15)
