Quality Education and Ordination

Hello, I’m Joseph Garrett! I am from southern Indiana in the USA. Free online Bible courses at the Christian Leaders Institute are a blessing (Learn more about free online Bible courses, Click Here). The quality education and ordination with Christian Leaders Alliance is the first step of my ordination journey.

Saved at a very young age, as I got older, I pursued a closer walk with God. I grew up in a pastor’s home throughout much of my childhood and into my early teens. Unfortunately, due to some hurtful things that had happened, the last thing I wanted to do was become a pastor.

Called to Preach

Yet, at the age of 14, God called me to preach the gospel! At first, I was very afraid. I felt I was too young to be called and was terrified about speaking in front of others. But, when I felt the call, I began to ask God for a clear sign. Soon He showed me Jeremiah 1:7-8,” But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord!” There could not have been a clearer sign for me!

Currently, I am a youth pastor at a local church in my area. God has blessed my ministry in many ways! One way was by putting Christian Leaders Institute in my pathway! As a result, I was able to get a quality education for my ordination FREE! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate CLI’s emphasis on making education attainable for all who have been called! My ordination journey has been a wonderful experience, and I intend to pursue even more education with CLI!
