Deacon Ordination Credentialing
Hello, my name is Valerie, and I am excited about my deacon ordination credentialing with Christian Leaders Alliance. I am married to Terry, a wonderful man who introduced me to the beautiful state of Ohio where we now reside.
From my youth, I felt drawn to ministry, service and a greater understanding and relationship with the Word. But, like so many before me, I became distracted by the things of the world and made choices that drew me away from the calling I felt. As the years drew on, I felt my choices had nullified the purpose and plan of God for my life. It took many years for me to truly come to understand and see that Romans 11:29 isn’t just for everyone else in the body of Christ. It is for me! His gifts and calling are still there. He waited for me to step out in faith.
Christian Leaders Institute has been and will continue to play a significant role in developing those gifts and the call of God on my life. As a certified Biblical Counselor, the Deacon Minister Ordination will help to solidify the seriousness of the call of God on my life. Also, it has already helped to sharpen me according to Proverbs 27:17. Having this deacon ordination credentialing reminds me not only of my responsibility as a leader in His Church but also of the seriousness of accountability.
Future Ministry
I repented for all the years of wasted time and picked up once again the task of completing my education. Now, God has begun to reveal many more doors of opportunity for myself. He has also opened doors where my husband and I can serve side by side. The Lord hasn’t revealed His full plan yet. However, He has shown both my husband and me that He is always faithful to His Word.
Please, pray for both of us. Daily, we say yes to whatever the Lord has for us. Pray that we will remain faithful to His call and walk in wisdom and discernment. May God open doors no man can shut and shut doors no man can open (Isaiah 22:22)!
