Ordained Clergy: God Can Use Anyone!

Hello, my name is Jason Pullin, and I am becoming an ordained clergy with CLA. I live in Houston, Texas. My job is as the regional director for a transitional living program that helps people with alcohol and drug use disorders. The mission of the program is to connect our guests with the twelve-step program and lead them in a growing relationship with God.

As a leader in this organization, I have had the great opportunity to reach thousands of suffering individuals and families. God calls me to minister to the sick and suffering. After all, I was once a resident of the program. I got here after reaching a desperate point in life where I was not even sure if I wanted to live anymore. God brought me out of the darkness and into the light of His glory and grace!

Finding CLI and Becoming Ordained Clergy

I found the Christian Leaders Institute as I was taking substance abuse counseling classes online. While searching for more education, the Spirit led me to the CLI website. I dove right in and completed all of the Life Coach Certification classes.

Then, I decided to take it a step further and also become ordained clergy with the Christian Leaders Alliance. Ordination as a deacon is biblical, and it adds a level of credibility to my ministry. God will open doors or windows for me to reach more addicted people. Then they can be inspired to yield to the Holy Spirit’s power and guidance to be rescued from the grips of sin and death. Being ordained as clergy is following God’s plan outlined in the New Testament. It is my honor to join heroes of the faith like Stephen in this call to be a servant.

Christian Leaders Institute’s free ministry training has allowed me to gain valuable knowledge and skills that I will use in every part of my life. I am changed by my study here. After seeing the impact the classes had on my own ministry, I became a Vision Partner and also encourage everyone to honor God in this way.

Please pray for the ministry of Sober Living America as we are launching a new territory in Texas. Pray that God will open doors for us to be able to help as many people as possible. God Bless!
