The Field Minister role—formerly known as the Deacon Minister—is designed for those who are already active in ministry, whether in formal church settings or through grassroots outreach. This program provides the recognition, training, and accountability to support your calling.

Some churches use the term Lay Minister, and that’s still welcome within this program. But at CLA, we emphasize the title Field Minister to reflect a biblical truth:

The Field Minister Program is flexible and study-based, allowing you to complete it at your own pace (typically in 2–4 months).
