Minister Ordination Call

Minister Ordination Call Journey

Minister Ordination Call

My name is Florence Nora Fritz, and I am excited about my minister ordination call. I live in Melbourne, Florida, and serve at Calvary Chapel in Melbourne. God has been leading me as I have been walking with Jesus for 20+ years. I am a Christian with two brothers and two sisters, and one brother has crossed over to be with the Lord. My Mom and Step Dad have both crossed over to be with the Lord as well.

Faith Journey

I knew of Jesus and had faith in the Father and Jesus from the age of 22 since my Mom was born again when she was 47 years old. I am in the medical field and do Medical Legal for an Orthopaedic practice. My calling is to help people, and I have been working medical most of my adult life. It is gratifying to me to know I made a difference in someone’s life.

I went through Catechism back in 1993. I was 32. It was then that my spiritual journey took off. It was not until 1999 that I “got saved” and fully surrendered to the Lord’s will for my life. I got into a good Bible-based church and my mind was like a sponge absorbing everything. I couldn’t learn fast enough and was excited to walk with Jesus. In 2013, I received my baptism with my church. Again, by God’s grace set even freer. Peace and serenity are a big part of my life. It is because I walk with Jesus Christ and have a relationship with the Father.

I am excited to minister to people and bring God’s Word and the Love of Jesus Christ to them. His grace amazes me! I don’t have children, and I love children, so if God leads me to children’s ministry I will walk through that door.

Ministry Training Journey

My studies at CLI add to my excitement for Jesus by giving me the confidence to move forward and bring the Word and the love of Jesus Christ to the people. I am radical for Jesus. As the fire in my heart continues to burn, this education through CLI will give me exactly what I need to walk through all doors God has planned for my future.

On March 20, 2015, I finished the Christian Leaders Basic Certification. I received my Certificate in the mail, and I remain humble and grateful! I am impressed with and grateful for the teachings at CLI.

On December 30, 2015, I finished the Old Testament and New Testament Courses which gave me my second certification through CLI, the Bible Certification. I am most grateful for my studies. I feel a profound change in my heart and in my being since the start of my studies that began with CLI in January of 2015. As the Lord’s servant I will go where I am led.

Ministry Training Growth

On May 15, 2016, I finished the Peoples’ Smart For Ministry Course. This course was truly amazing for me. It not only helped in my Ministry studies, but it is also a course to round out an individual in all areas of life. I am blessed to be a part of such high-quality free ministry training.

In May of 2017, I completed the semester on Women in Ministry. It brought me joy that this course is made available. I grew from having gone through the training. I apply it in my life and in my mentorship and ministering. Thank you, CLI! Then, on June 4, 2017, I went through Chaplain Training with my local church. This was amazing for me and also rounded out my knowledge and the need for ministry in the nursing homes. Leviticus 20:32

On March 12, 2018, I went through Calvary Leadership Training with my church, Calvary Chapel in Melbourne, Florida. This training rounded me out to serve God in the capacity He is calling me for.

Minister Ordination Call Journey

Most recently, having taken this Deacon Ordination Semester here at CLI, I feel it will help me greatly in serving God as He calls me deeper into the “mission field” of life. The calling to serve Him and honor Him in all I do is strengthen by this ordination with Christian Leaders Alliance.

The open doors in my path are several areas in my local church in serving God: New2calvary, My Calvary, the Evangelism Team in street ministry. Also, I have joined the outreach missionary team to go to Ukraine on June 4th, 2019, to serve the Lord at Calvary Chapel Poltava, Ukraine. Completing this course before this mission trip is a blessing.

I would not be this strong in my walk with God had it not been for CLI. I feel the calling deeper and deeper with each lesson I do here. The courses are all rounding me out to serve the Lord and be equipped for the calling He has on my life. Please, pray that God continues to sanctify me and with His wisdom, guide me and allow me to walk through all open doors He has for me so that I can serve Him. I am a living sacrifice.
