Life coaching begins with a calling—to walk alongside people as they pursue growth, clarity, and faithful next steps under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Christian Leaders Alliance provides a study-based Christian Life Coach ordination pathway that equips leaders through biblical learning, practical coaching training, and Christ-centered ministry preparation.
The Christian coaching pathway is completed through Christian Leaders Institute (CLI), where students receive biblically grounded, study-based education designed to prepare them for Christ-centered coaching ministry. Through this pathway, students develop biblical understanding, practical coaching conversation skills, healthy boundaries, accountability, and ministry wisdom for serving others with compassion and integrity.
Beginning with the Life Coaching – Getting Started course, students may progress through the Soul Coach, Christian Life Coach, and Life Coach Minister pathways. Each level builds upon the previous one, providing additional coaching skills, ministry preparation, leadership development, and recognized Christian credentials.
The flexible, tuition-free training model allows students to grow at their own pace while preparing for volunteer, part-time, or expanded ministry opportunities. Every step is designed to equip Christian leaders to help others pursue growth, clarity, and faithful next steps through Christ-centered coaching.

Christian Leaders Alliance provides endorsement-based recognition, credential review, clergy standing, directory verification, commissioning guidance, and ongoing role accountability for qualified graduates.
Christian coaches may help people think through meaningful goals, relationships, habits, transitions, and spiritual growth. Because these conversations can involve vulnerable areas of life, coaches need clear boundaries, Christian accountability, and referral awareness.
Coaching is not therapy, clinical counseling, medical care, legal advice, or crisis intervention. An ordained coaching role does not replace qualified professional care or override local laws, workplace policies, or institutional requirements.
Tuition-free coaching classes, endorsement, credential review, and commissioning establish eligibility for recognition. Optional certificates, identification cards, Letters of Good Standing, apparel, and recognition kits document or support an approved role; purchasing these materials does not create ordination.
Qualified students can review the available coaching recognition kits after completing the requirements for their selected pathway.
