Beginning My Relationship with Christ

I began my relationship with Christ in 1981 during my freshman year of college. Throughout more than 40 years of following Him, I have continued to deepen my faith, grow in my understanding of Scripture, and learn how biblical truth applies to every area of life.

God’s Word has shaped both my personal journey and my professional calling. It has given me a foundation for making decisions, serving others, and understanding the purpose God has placed on my life.

Serving Through Education and Wellness

Professionally, I serve as a professor at a Christian university. I am also the founder of Alible3, a health and wellness business.

In both of these roles, my faith in God and the teachings of Scripture guide my work. Whether I am teaching students or supporting individuals in their health and wellness goals, I want my service to reflect the wisdom, compassion, and truth of Christ.

I have also served alongside my husband, who is an ordained minister. Together, we have ministered in numerous states across the United States and in several countries around the world.

These opportunities have allowed us to meet people from many different backgrounds and cultures. They have also helped me understand the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, and meeting people with grace.

Remaining a Student at Heart

Although I hold the title of teacher, I remain a student at heart and in my daily practice. God has placed within me a hunger to continue learning so that I may become better equipped to assist others in their life journeys.

I believe that effective ministry requires humility and a willingness to grow. No matter how much experience we gain, there is always more to learn about Scripture, people, leadership, and the ways God works through us.

For that reason, my association with Christian Leaders Institute and the Christian Leaders Alliance has been a great blessing.

Growing Through Christian Coaching Education

The education and training I received through Christian Leaders Institute have been rewarding in many ways. The courses provided both biblical instruction and practical resources that I can apply to my work as a Christian Health and Wellness Coach.

First, the credential requirements emphasized a strong foundation in Scripture. This was important to me because I want every aspect of my coaching ministry to remain grounded in biblical truth.

Second, the training focused on essential ministry foundations. These lessons strengthened my understanding of calling, character, service, accountability, and the responsibility of caring for others well.

Third, the courses provided practical tools and resources from a scriptural perspective. I learned more about the ways Jesus guided, encouraged, and challenged people, as well as how the Holy Spirit leads us in ministry conversations.

Finally, the training helped me grow in confidence when engaging with people from different backgrounds. It gave me strategies for listening, asking meaningful questions, encouraging growth, and supporting people as they pursue healthy and faithful goals.

Strengthened for Christian Coaching Ministry

Recognition through the Christian Leaders Alliance strengthens the coaching opportunities available to me in my current calling. It provides meaningful validation for the education, training, practical resources, and ministry preparation I have received.

My goal is not simply to hold a title. My desire is to serve people more faithfully and effectively. Christian coaching allows me to support individuals as they pursue health, wellness, spiritual growth, and greater alignment between their daily choices and biblical convictions.

Continuing My Ministry Education

I look forward to completing additional Christian Leaders Institute courses related to women’s ministry and prayer.

I want to continue growing in biblical knowledge, ministry skill, and practical wisdom. Each new course offers another opportunity to become better equipped to serve the people God places in my life.

I am grateful for the quality education, training, resources, and tools available through Christian Leaders Institute and the Christian Leaders Alliance. They have strengthened my calling and helped me move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
