Brandon is a devoted husband, father, and professional truck driver whose ministry calling emerged through years of life on the road. Married to his wife, Stacy, and raising a blended family of five children, Brandon understands both the responsibility of leadership at home and the importance of spiritual guidance within everyday life. While working long hours as a truck driver, he began sensing God’s call to serve others through ministry, particularly those living and working in environments where consistent church connection is difficult.
Life on the road can be spiritually challenging. Thousands of truck drivers spend weeks away from family, fellowship, and consistent church involvement while facing loneliness, fatigue, and constant temptation. Because I live this lifestyle myself, I understand the unique struggles drivers face. God placed a burden on my heart to reach those who may feel forgotten spiritually and to bring encouragement, hope, and the message of Christ directly into their everyday environment.
I was not raised in a Christian home and did not come to know Jesus until my mid-thirties. Around the time the film The Passion of the Christ was released, I felt an unexpected and powerful urge to watch it—something completely outside my normal interests at that time. Looking back, I recognize that God was drawing me toward Him. After seeing the film, I surrendered my life to Christ, and that moment marked the beginning of a transformed life and a growing desire to serve others through ministry.
Over the past several years, I have felt a clear calling to prepare for ministry leadership. God led me to begin serving truck drivers through both online outreach and in-person ministry at truck stops. I launched an online ministry and podcast called Truckers Church, where I share weekly Bible messages designed specifically for drivers on the road. My vision is to expand this ministry by hosting live services at truck stops across the country, creating accessible worship opportunities for drivers who cannot attend traditional churches. Christian Leaders Institute stood out to me because of its strong reputation, affordability, and commitment to practical ministry training.
My long-term goal is to continue my education by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Divinity through Christian Leaders Institute and eventually pursuing a Master’s degree, preparing for future service as a chaplain and house church minister. I currently host a house church and serve as a coach within the Cross Waves Church network while continuing to grow Truckers Church ministry. The training I have received has strengthened my biblical knowledge, leadership skills, and pastoral care abilities.
