This calling comes from a place of personal experience. The student knows what it means to be homeless—and what it feels like to be enslaved by addiction. They also know the liberating power of Christ.
“I myself have been homeless. I have also suffered from alcohol and drug addiction. I know what it is like to become a slave to addiction. I also know how it feels to break the chains.”
And they are clear about where that breakthrough comes from:
“Breaking the chains is something that most people cannot do in their own strength. I may be able to help them. I certainly cannot save them. But I know the One who can! His name is Jesus—the Good Shepherd, the King of Kings, and the Lord of Lords.”
With a heart full of gratitude and a ministry vision shaped by both pain and hope, this student has found their pathway through the Christian Leaders Institute.
“Christian Leaders Institute has helped me to gain several ministry licenses, ordinations, and credentials. I am a licensed, certified, professional Life Coach Minister. These courses have had a profound and lasting influence on my spiritual life. I thank God for CLI.”
Now, equipped and empowered, they move forward—ready to offer hope where it’s needed most.
“The homeless and addicted need hope. I intend to show them that they can put their hope in Jesus.”
