One inspiring leader pursuing the Youth Minister credential is Lindsey Callis of Madison, Indiana. Lindsey is a devoted wife and mother of six children who answered the call to youth ministry with passion and purpose.
“My husband Kyle works very hard so I can focus on my studies and embrace my role as a blessed housewife,” Lindsey shares. “We have six children and two dogs, and I believe the Lord has placed ministry on my heart.”
With gifts in singing, teaching, and worship, Lindsey feels led to serve young people in her church and beyond.
“I’m studying to become a youth minister and to officiate weddings through CLI. I’ve already had the joy of leading Bible studies and working with children in my church. That hands-on experience has confirmed that youth ministry is my primary focus.”
Lindsey’s long-term vision includes becoming a group leader, church youth minister, or even a chaplain. Her commitment is grounded in both her personal experience and deep faith.
