Ministry Journey

My name is Brittany Nidds. I live in South Carolina.  I have two sisters, and a dog. I have a disability called Cerebral Palsy. I've had it since birth. I've gone through many hardships in life including my mother passing away at age seven. After the passing, I went to go live with another family member. Over the years he emotionally abused me and controlled my every move I made. By the grace of God, I was able to get out of that situation after 15 years. Since then, I've moved in with my father. We get along very well, but unfortunately, I'm the only Christian in my family.

Since getting out of my abusive situation, I've volunteered for a few hotlines, such as the Crisis Text Line, and a phone line called NeedHim. I felt like God was calling me to help others since I know what it's like to be in a crisis situation. I've also written a devotional, and a brief story of my life under a pen name and put it on Amazon.

I don't remember the exact day I came to know the Lord. All I remember is that I was very young. I remember praying to Jesus after the passing of my mother. I really don't know if she was a Christian, only God knows.

I truly believe that it's by the Grace of God that I am a Christian today. I've been to church on and off throughout my life, but the only thing that held me through everything was my Savior! It would have been easy to give up all hope, but I cried to Him every day, and still do at times.

I was told that I could never go to college or do anything. Once again, my God came through. I came here to CLI because I didn't have the money and felt like there was hope after all. Since I love helping others so much I am in the process of becoming a Life Coach through CLI.  Having this ordination as a minister will help me serve others in need and help them grow in the Lord, because I myself have grown in the Lord.

I just started a life group through my church and I feel like my knowledge will grow even more. I am looking forward to seeing how the Lord will use me as I grow in my roles and in everything I do for Him. CLI has given me my hope and freedom back into letting me be all who God has called me to be. Please be praying that I will be used by Him, and that I will always listen to His voice.

 Blessings,

Brittany Nidds

Ministry Journey

My name is Patrick Williams currently resides in Tucson, AZ, where he is retired. In his adult life, he has always worked in a field where he was servicing the community. Served in the USAF as a Police Officer for 20 years, volunteer Firefighter, EMT for 8 years and now for the past 20 years he has been a nurse.

"I grew up in a semi-religious family but it was never a priority. Always a strong believer in GOD, but he was never in the forefront of my life. That changed around a couple years ago. I come to realize that my public service was a stepping stone to the encounters I had as a child. It was God teaching and preparing me for what I feel is His next plan for me and that is to serve our Lord in the Ministry. I feel truly blessed for every day for the gifts that He has given me and I humbly pray that my works will continue to glorify His word and His holy name.

Through Christian Leaders Institute, I have completed just another small step in my walk with Christ.  Completing the Deacon Minister Ordination opened another avenue where I completed the Ordained Commissioned Minister course.  The accomplishment of completing the course of study brings forth an increase of humbleness.  I can only pray that the Lord finds me worthy and continue to guide me through my day to day walk in Christ.  I have already witnessed how His calling in my life has changed me.  The way I approach each day, the way I speak to each and everyone I meet and most important the way in which I live my life.  As Colossians 4:6  reads, " Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone."

Patrick Williams is ordained as a Commissioned Minister with CLI in 2018!

Ministry Dream

To raise up revival leaders!

Ministry Journey

When Peter was a young boy, he loved staying indoors watching TV more especially movies. He would only go to
church on Sunday because he had no real understanding of Christianity.

It was on day 14 of April in 2009 when Peter had an encounter with the Lord. He was 16
years of age. It was in the youth camp, and on this particular night the preacher started preaching and he
emphasized a personal relationship with the Lord and also highlighting the consequences of living a
life without the life of Christ. What caught Peter's  attention was the statement: "living a life without
Christ is as good as a machine which seems to be alive simply because it functions, yet in the actual sense
there is no life in it’’.

Peter started pondering on this statement during the entire service, and when he was done preaching he
called for those who would like to receive Jesus and have a personal relationship with him. Peter was one of
the first people to rush in front. The preacher led them to Christ through the confession prayer and he laid
his hands on them, from there Peter really felt something which he is unable to explain and from within. He had this strong conviction and confidence that there is a shift which has happened in his life. Peter really didn’t feel his old self after that.

Then the camp had finished, Peter hungered for the word and prayer suddenly developed in him. He felt that he
couldn't really uphold himself alone. That same week on 17th April Peter talked to
three friends of his who had also received Christ. They then created a platform where they could discuss
the word of God and pray. From hence forth. seeking the face of the Lord and pursuing the
revelation of the knowledge of Him has been Peter's priority.

Peter completed his Associate of Divinity Degree with Christian Leaders Institute in 2019.
