Roy's dream is to minister to his community and to maximize his gifts for ministry. God laid on his heart this scripture from Micah 6:8, "He has shown you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God."
Roy was born the seventh of eight children in Wilson County North Carolina and was raised by a single parent (mother) who shared her faith in God with him and my five surviving siblings. His mother would share her Christian belief with all of her children in a non-threating way regardless of her living conditions, whether on top of the mountain or down in the valley she maintained consistency in her faith-walk.
Roy's walk with God has faced many challenges. Though the grace of God he is now a parent of a college-age son. Roy was divorced many years ago, but through the grace of God, he has maintained a gracefilled relationship with the ex wife. They maintain a strong friendship/co-parenting partnership in raising their son.
Roy is employed as a youth and young adult specialist/coordinator. He assists young people with best practices regarding employment and educational pathway opportunities to enhance their personal and professional development.
Roy has been ordained as a deacon minister and serves under Rev. Walter Lucas at Faith Tabernacle Church as Associate Pastor in Worcester, Mass. Roy also serves on the board of directors of Christian Leaders Institute.

To bring revival to Jamaica!
Rutherford Gordon was born on the beautiful Island of Jamaica. His grandparents were instrumental in introducing him to the faith!
On finishing school, He entered the job market where I worked with the government until his early retirement in 2012. In the work world, He was exposed to all the ungodly stuff but all through this he still remembered my grandmother's teachings about God and visited church sometimes.
He then married my wife Valda and are the proud parents of three sons. She started to visit a church and subsequently became a member. After his retirement, Rutherford started visiting until he started to attend regularly. He gave his life to the Lord and was baptized in September 2016.
He started Christian Leaders Institute in 2016. He was ordained in the Christian Leaders Alliance in 2017. He is willing to mentor and help ordain leaders in Jamaica.
To Minister to other Christian Women Leaders! To mentor and guide others in love and truth.
Samantha Kaiba is married to Kunin Kaiba. They got married on October 31,2015. They live in Nampa, ID.
She can't really remember when she started to believe in Jesus. She knew there was something bigger and that He created her. As, she grew up she wanted to know Jesus more each day. Her mom is real go getter. Her mom showed her so much as she grew up. Her mom took, so much time out of her day, just to take Samantha to the doctors. She has a disability where, when she was small she could not walk. She only crawled at first. Which made it tough for her to get though school.
She was baptized at Christian Family Fellowship when she was sixteen years old. She was baptized a second time at Calvary in 2014.
Her husband said the Christmas after we got married. If I buy you book will you read it? She said yes. This is where her real conversion took place. She read a book called Hard to Believe by John MacArthur. This book took me back through the Bible. She could never go back after she read that book. She was called to Ministry in high school! She was offered the job as a pre-counselor. she knew at that point it was what God wanted her to do.
The Deacon ordination helps show people that she did get the training! She does not want work for the government for counseling people. She doesn't feel that is medicine is the only want to help people. She know from having disabilities of her own that a person may not open up. She feels that having more time to help each person will allow a person to feel safe. Sometimes problems come for Satan and his demons. She wants to be able to help someone with that problem.
Samantha was ordained with Christian Leaders Alliance in 2018! She would prefer to minister only to women in a mentorship position. But she would love to mentor to women even in other places than her area!
