Mentor ministers are ordained through the Christian Leaders Alliance. These Mentor Ministers have expressed their willingness to mentor Christian Leaders Institute students and graduates in their ministry training. If someone needs to be ordained, these Mentors will assist if needed.  Each Mentor Minister has gone through the ordination process with Christian Leaders Alliance. Edward Kimathi Ayub is the founder of Alpha Worship Charity Church (AWCC) which was launched on 13th May 2018. He also co-founded the Impact Training and Counseling Centre in 2009 with his wife Felicity. They live in Mombasa, a predominantly Muslim city on the Kenyan Coast in East Africa.

Edward was born in 1973. He accepted Christ as his savior in the year 1990 after being involved in drugs for some three years. His conversion happened through watching the Jesus' film.

After he received Jesus as the savior of his life in 1990, Edward was discipled by Christian Union Leaders in the School where he was studying in high school. He began to experience a very strong desire to share the word of God with others. He went through some local training.

Ever since, he has been preaching and teaching the Word of God. Edward began studies at Christian Leaders Institute in 2013. He has completed many credential levels. He was ordained with the Christian Leaders Alliance in 2018.

He is willing to mentor Christian Leaders and help them become ordained in the Christian Leaders Alliance.

Her ministry dream is to open a Christian Leader’s Institute Mentor Center in Myrtle Beach. The Mentor Center would be a Library with classrooms, computer lab, and lecture hall. This Mentor Center would drastically impact her community because it would be a place where the entire community could gather to learn about Christ. Not only could students of all ages read and study The Word. But they would have access to thousands of books on doctrine, and topical study. With access to computers students, bible study groups, and individuals could have access to Christian Leader’s Institute curriculum of Ministry Training. This Center gives anyone the opportunity encounter The Gospel of Christ.

Ministry Journey

Elise Cirignano came to know the Lord through the youth Leaders at Wesleyan Church in upstate New York.
They poured their love, time, and dedication into her through the Sunday Night Youth Ministry. On a field trip to Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina, she accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior.

She sensed the calling to raise up more Christian Leaders. She herself needed to be trained. She started Christian Leaders Institute in 2017 and was ordained in 2018.

She is willing and ready to mentor Christian Leaders Institute students and graduates and guide them through the ordination process with the Christian Leaders Alliance.

Emmanuel Daanoba Sunkari is from Ghana-West Africa but lives in Turkey.

His Christian upbringing shaped his mission and vision in Ghana. He is a professor at a college in Turkey. He became a Christian at a young age and he has been called to raise up revival leaders.

Emmanuel started Christian Leaders Institute in 2016 and was ordained in 2017. He is willing and ready to help mentor Christian Leaders Institute Graduates in Turkey. He will also help with ordination to the Christian Leaders Alliance.

Erica Moore has been a student at CLI since 2019 and since then has completed 9 credits and earned her deacon ordination along with 3 other awards.

My name is Erica Moore, and I am the mother of a ten-year-old daughter. Her name is Joy. I am currently attending a four-year college (online). I will be obtaining my bachelor's on Organizational Leadership. My birth place is Gary, Indiana but I have relocated to DFW, Texas in 2016. My current employment is warehouse work. This is a place where I have been effective in winning souls to Christ. God also gave me the direction to start a community organization that goes by the name of proDOcers.

One of the aspects of this organization is to serve unique demographics, such as single fathers. The foundation scripture of the proDOcers is Matthew 9:38. (You can find more information below). My hobbies are a really wide range, from watching television to traveling to other countries and everything in-between.

Conversion Story

My life with Christ began twenty years ago at the age of 14. During this time I was stricken with seizures and in a constant state of depression. My God-Mother pulled me by the arm on a Wednesday night and said that the spirit impressed upon her that I need to be at church.

I went and received Christ and got healed. I have not had another seizure to this very day. God is a healer. 

I have been in Christ for twenty years and a lot has been lying dormant in me. A lot of the reason is due to life choices on my part. I do believe that God has called me to the work of the ministry. My knowledge of the importance of training is limited, but it is there. I have joined three churches in my life due to a lot of moving around. Whenever I join a church; I find where I can be of service.

My hope is that I would receive the training I need from CLI to effectively serve in ministry. I hope to make connections with new people. Training in evangelism is what I am most interested in.

In October 2012, Esihle Mboyana with his wife, Maria, and daughter relocated to Johannesburg from Cape Town.

Esihle Mboyana was raised in a Christian home by a Godly single mother. He walked with the Lord early on but had a time of straying.

Then, on March 30, 2010, when a life shuttering occurrence came into his life. Only the Lord could revive and strengthen him during that period. On that day he took the walk of salvation much more seriously and re-accept/re-affirm my faith in Christ once again as my Lord and personal Savior.

Shortly after this, Esihle sensed the call into ministry. He began Christian Leaders Institute in 2016. He was ordained in the Christian Leaders Alliance in 2017.

He is willing to mentor young Christian Leaders who are studying at Christian Leaders Institute. He will also help with ordination into the Christian Leaders Alliance.

Ezekiel Shungu is married and holds various advanced degrees— he recently graduated with his Doctorate of Biblical Studies, MBA in Logistics, Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning Monitoring and Evaluation, and is currently pursuing his Master's Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation.

He serves a CLA Volunteer growing Christian Leaders Institute in Zimbabwe and is a Procurement Officer in the Zimbabwe Republic Police.
He is also an author of a book on online learning and marketing, and has recently been appointed a Lecturer at Reformed Church University in Zimbabwe

Ezekiel accepted Jesus Christ as his savior when he was young. He has been called to ministry and started at Christian Leaders Intitute in 2016. He receive his Bachelor of Divinity late in 2017. He was also ordained in 2017.

He is willing to mentor Christian Leaders Institute students and graduates with their ministry training and with ordination into the Christian Leaders Alliance.

Francis Dave Mabborang was born in 1997. He is part of the young generation that is seeking the Lord. Francis received a vision to become a warrior for Christ. In this vision, he was called to ministry.

Dave started Christian Leader Institute in 2016. He was ordained with the Christian Leaderes Alliance in 2018.

He is willing to mentor, especially young Christian Leaders in their walks and callings to ministry. Francis will also assist people in their ordinations.

Francois Alberts is married to a godly woman. They have four children.

He was a software specialist that develop software in thirty two (32) languages for all platforms, but now he is a full time Counselling Pastor at Remembrance - Church of God and help to counsel patients at Helen Joseph Hospital, in Johannesburg through HospiVision.

He is kingdom minded and works with pastors all over Africa.

He began Christian Leaders Institute in 2016. He has a Bachelor Degree of Divinity. He is an ordained minister of the Word in the Christian Leaders Alliance.

He is willing to mentor students and graduates of CLI. He will assist with ordination in the Christian Leaders Alliance.

These Mentor Ministers have been nominated by other ministers as a CLI ordained graduate who will be a resource for other Christian Leaders. Mentor Ministers are added through a nomination and interview process. Mentor Ministers may be removed for various reasons, such as the “Mentor Minister” is now too busy. Other reasons may also play a part.

Mentor Ministers have agreed to the doctrinal statement of Christian Leaders Institute when they enrolled at Christian Leaders Institute.
