Alesta Deslandes is a minister of the Word with the Christian Leaders Alliance. He has a plan to reach Jamaica. Alesta is blessed with a wonderful wife who shares his ministry calling and provide tremendous support in his current ministry engagements.

With the strong Christian emphasis in Jamaica, He grew up in Church, at the age of ten accepted Christ, publicly declare his faith, and was baptised. Since then He have felt a call to Christian Leadership.

He has a dream of seeing true revival come to Jamaica that will spread to the entire Caribbean and impact many unreached people groups all over the world through missions. There are three components of ministry that He want to be involved in 1) The preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ, 2) discipleship and raising up leaders and 3) caring for people through humanitarian efforts.

Alesta began his studies with Christian Leaders Institute in 2015. He is a Bachelor of Divinity degree graduate and have been ordained as a minister of the Word.

He is open and ready to mentor CLI students and graduates and provide support for ordination into the Christian Leaders Alliance.

Bernard W. Deslandes is married for over ten years and has two sons. He was part of a Christian family from youth so the love for God was planted in him at an early age. The decision to fully commit his life to Christ came in August 1994.

He has sensed the call into ministry from a young age. He began acting on that calling in January of 2005 when he entered full-time ministry.

Being introduced to Christian Leaders Institute in August 2014 by a good friend was like a dream come true as he was never able to afford formal theological training due to the enormous costs associated with attending a religious college.

He was ordained as a minister in the Christian Leaders Alliance in 2015. He is willing and ready to mentor Christian Leaders in their ministry training and ordination.

Kenroy Edwards was born in Kingston, Jamaica to non-Christian parents. He accepted Christ at age 14 after attending church for a while with his god-family. Kenroy experienced a call to ministry in his teenage years. Through some positive and negative experiences the Lord placed ministry on his heart.

Kenroy began his studies at Christian Leaders Institute in 2016 and was ordained in 2017. Kenroy is ready and willing to offer mentorship and support to CLI students in Jamaica who need it. On April 7, 2019,  Minister Kenroy Edwards was commissioned as the first Network Elder representing Christian Leaders Alliance in Jamaica.

Kenroy is married to his wife Trecia, and they have two lovely children. He and his wife Trecia are both pastors under different denominations but see God's work as one. As of 2022 Kenroy is the Pastor of The Tucker Wesleyan Holiness Church, Men's President Northern Jamaica District Wesleyan Holiness Church and sits on the District Board of Administration and is a proud CLI graduate

Rutherford Gordon was born on the beautiful Island of Jamaica. His grandparents were instrumental in introducing him to the faith!

On finishing school, He entered the job market where I worked with the government until his early retirement in 2012. In the work world, He was exposed to all the ungodly stuff but all through this he still remembered my grandmother's teachings about God and visited church sometimes.

He then married my wife Valda and are the proud parents of three sons. She started to visit a church and subsequently became a member. After his retirement, Rutherford started visiting until he started to attend regularly. He gave his life to the Lord and was baptized in September 2016.

He started Christian Leaders Institute in 2016. He was ordained in the Christian Leaders Alliance in 2017. He is willing to mentor and help ordain leaders in Jamaica.
